Thanks to the vision, innovation, and commitment of Executive Chef Ross Burtwell and his team, the Cabernet Grill has become a Hill Country legend. Ross brings imagination, superb culinary skill, and three decades of award-winning experience to every dish. When he’s not in the Cabernet kitchen cooking and inventing new taste sensations, he’s most likely traveling in search of imaginative ingredients and methods to incorporate into tomorrow’s menus.
